GenbaCompass（以下「当サービス」）では、以下の個人情報を収集する場合があります：
- お問い合わせフォームで入力されたお名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容
- アクセス解析ツール（Google Analytics）による匿名化されたアクセス情報
- Cookie情報（詳細は下記参照）
2. 個人情報の利用目的
収集した個人情報は、以下の目的で利用します：
- お問い合わせへの対応
- サービスの改善および品質向上
- ウェブサイトのアクセス解析
- 重要なお知らせやサービス情報の提供
3. 個人情報の第三者提供
当サービスは、以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません：
- ご本人の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合

- Google Analytics: アクセス解析のため（匿名化された情報のみ）

当サービスでは、Google Analyticsを使用してアクセス情報を収集しています。 Google Analyticsは、Cookieを使用して匿名でデータを収集します。

当サービスは、個人情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために、 適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、削除等の請求があった場合は、 ご本人であることを確認の上、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

GenbaSalesPlus
English
GenbaSalesPlus is an iOS app developed by 國分 良太 (operating individually as GenbaCompass) for real-time meeting assistance. The disclosures below supplement the umbrella policy above with details specific to this app.
What GenbaSalesPlus collects

Third-party processors GenbaSalesPlus uses
- Google LLC (Gemini API) — receives audio, documents, and text at the moment of each Ask, Mark, Summary, and Briefing. Subject to Google’s API terms; Google does not train its models on content submitted through paid Gemini API usage.
- Google LLC (Google Search via Gemini grounding) — when the user has entered a customer / company name and uses the Briefing feature, that name is used to query Google Search to surface recent news about the customer. Subject to Google’s standard Search terms.
- CloudConvert (via private Supabase Edge Function) — converts Office documents to PDF in transit. Source files and outputs are deleted within 24 hours.
- RevenueCat, Inc. — anonymous subscription entitlement management. Receives an anonymous device identifier only.
Retention specific to GenbaSalesPlus
- On-device data: retained until the user deletes it. Settings → Data & Storage → Delete All Data wipes everything.
- Office conversion bucket: ≤24 hours.
- Marked audio clips: deleted from the device automatically after the next summary is generated for that session.
- Google Gemini retention: per Google’s API terms (no training on submitted content; no long-term retention by Google).
Cross-border data transfer
When the user taps Ask / Mark / Summary / Briefing, the relevant data is transmitted to Google’s processing infrastructure, which may be located in the United States and other countries. By using GenbaSalesPlus, the user consents to these transfers.
Exercising your rights
GenbaSalesPlus is account-less (anonymous). Most rights under GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA/CPRA (California), and Japan’s APPI are exercised directly through the app:
- Access — All data is visible inside the app’s UI.
- Deletion — Settings → Data & Storage → Delete All Data wipes everything immediately and irreversibly.
- Portability — In-app copy / share actions export summaries, briefings, and asks as text.

利用するサードパーティ処理者
- Google LLC (Gemini API) — Ask / Mark / サマリー / 準備資料の各操作時に音声・文書・テキストを処理します。Google の API 利用規約に準拠し、有償 Gemini API への送信内容は Google のモデル学習に使用されません。
- Google LLC (Gemini grounding 経由の Google 検索) — 顧客／会社名が設定されており、準備資料生成機能を使用した場合のみ、顧客名を Google 検索クエリとして使用し、最新ニュースを取得します。Google の標準検索利用規約に準拠。
- CloudConvert（Supabase Edge Function 経由） — Office ファイルの PDF 変換に使用。元ファイル・変換結果は 24 時間以内に削除。
- RevenueCat, Inc. — 匿名でのサブスクリプション状態管理。匿名デバイス ID のみを受領。
保存期間（GenbaSalesPlus 固有）
- 端末上のデータ: ユーザーが削除するまで保持。設定 → データと保存 → すべてのデータを削除 で即時かつ不可逆に消去可能。
- Office 変換バケット: 24 時間以内。
- マーク済み音声: 当該セッションの次回サマリー生成後に自動削除。
- Google Gemini 側保持: Google の API 規約に従う（送信内容を学習に利用せず、長期保持もなし）。
国境を越えるデータ転送について
Ask / Mark / サマリー / 準備資料の操作時、関連データは Google の処理インフラ（米国その他の国に所在する場合あり）に送信されます。GenbaSalesPlus の利用をもって、これらの転送に同意したものとみなします。
権利行使の方法
GenbaSalesPlus はアカウント不要（匿名利用）です。GDPR (EU/EEA)、CCPA/CPRA (カリフォルニア)、日本の個人情報保護法に基づく権利は、原則としてアプリ内操作で行使可能です：
- 開示請求 — アプリ内 UI ですべて閲覧可能。
- 削除請求 — 設定 → データと保存 → すべてのデータを削除 で即時消去。
- 可搬性 — サマリー・準備資料・Ask のコピー／共有機能でテキストとして書き出し可能。
